charmed by my stay
friendly staffscrambled eggscold food
the staff was amazing. i had delicious vegetarian sausages made just for me by the chef. the scrambled eggs were cooked to order, and that was a nice touch.
the phone in the room don't work. room service weren't great. the food be covered in tin foil and were cold. the cakes were very dry.

The size of the pool is great, i found it not overall crowded, which be a plus. the golf course looked amazing. I seen people enjoying a sunny day. the staff was great, i could not ask for more.

my son had his wedding reception here. the room and meal was lovely. the staff are great. it was the best time.
the hotel need refurbishing. it does not look like in the photo. kettle was burnt. room needed a deep cleaning.

A Birthday Celebration to Remember

We celebrated three birthdays . The whole team were very friendly. They were helpful. Charlotte took great care of us during our birthday meal. She was smiley, cute, and very helpful. It was perfect.
I found a definite lack of communication between some of the staff. Although they were very polite, they did not seem to work as a team. I noticed some guests were asking questions, and they would just point instead of walking with them.

I had a lovely night! The double room I booked was very roomy. It featured both a bath and a shower, the room was cozy, and the bed offered great comfort. I really enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi, and pool. All were so lovely! The staff was pleasant. The hotel was reasonably priced for the night.
The hotel does not accept cash. The website should clearly state this to avoid confusion! It's important information that guests need to know beforehand! This policy created a minor inconvenience .

The room was quite worn and needed updating. The bed felt old and uncomfortable, I had a poor night's sleep. I also found the staff at reception to be unprofessional when discussing a complaint within earshot of guests.
