I had high hopes for this hotel, especially for a special occasion, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The food quality was a highlight, as was the comfort of the rooms, but the poor staff service and inadequate facilities really took away from the overall experience. While the ambiance of the hotel was nice, it didn't quite justify the price we paid.
